What is the difference between New and Pre-owned games?

New games are manufacturer sealed products. The details regarding DLC if any will be mentioned in product page description.

Pre-owned games are used and sold to us by customers which undergoes a testing procedure before being sold by us on our website.

How does the buying process work?

Step 1 - Search for the product you wish to buy.
Step 2 - Add it to the cart.
Step 3 - Add more products if you wish to or Proceed to checkout.
Step 4 - Choose the mode of payment and place the order.

We will dispatch the products from our warehouse within 24 business hours* with Priority Delivery.

Choose Shipping Method - Free Pickup / Self Ship.
Step 6:
Choose Payment Method for Cash - IMPS Bank Transfer / UPI Payment / Paytm Transfer. (Credit will be paid to your Gamenation Wallet which can be used to purchase any products from our website and has no expiry).
Step 7:
Verify the details entered and Place the Order.
