1. To return products that are damaged in transit or in case a wrong product is delivered, please contact customer support by email on firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery. Any return requests later than one working day of delivery will not be entertained. All our Pre-owned discs carry our logo stamp to facilitate easy returns in case of any issue and to avoid fraudulent claims, no returns shall be entertained if the stamp is tampered with. Only the discs containing our logo stamp will be eligible for return/replacement under any circumstances.
2. A processing fee of 3% including taxes will be charged on cancellation of prepaid orders before dispatch. In case the product cannot be dispatched due to a fault of GAMENATION (Eg. Out of Stock) , then this fee would not be charged.
3. Any request for cancellation of orders once dispatched shall not be entertained.
4. We are unable to refund digital download codes where regional compatibility is the issue in question.
5. A processing fee of 3% including taxes will be charged on cancellation of Digital Download orders before dispatch. In case the Code cannot be delivered due to a fault of GAMENATION (Eg. Out of Stock) , then this fee would not be charged.
6. We provide refund only in case of :
● Damaged or Faulty Product(s).
● Wrong Product(s) delivered which are not as per your order.
● Cancellation of order before dispatch.
● Cancellation of order due to stock unavailability.
7. Please allow up to two weeks for your refund to be processed.
8. Refund would be processed directly to the original mode of online payment.
