What is the difference between New and Pre-owned games
New games are manufacturer sealed products. The details regarding DLC if any will
be mentioned in product page description.
Pre-owned games are used and sold to us by customers which undergoes a testing
procedure before being sold by us on our website.
What is the condition of Pre-owned games?
Pre-owned games come in perfect working condition with minimal scratches. The original box and art cover are included unless specified in the description. They are original games that are used and sold to us by customers.
Is there a warranty for Pre-owned games?
We offer a 7-day Return policy for our Pre-owned games in case of any issue with the game.
Will DLC code be included with Pre-owned games?
The DLC code will not be included since it is a Pre-owned game and DLC codes are one time redeemable only.
Can I sell the game back to Gamenation after playing?
Yes, please visit the product page or the Sell page to check the values and place a sell order. We also accept games which aren’t purchased from us.

A Pre-owned product is previously used and sold to us, we test the functionalities
thoroughly before selling them through our website. We also provide a 1-month warranty from
the date of delivery.

A CPU or a GPU is expected to have normal wear and tear, but we ensure that the product is functional in all forms of everyday gaming usage.
Are the GPU's sold here previously used for Mining purposes?
We will not know whether a GPU sold to us was previously used for Mining purposes. However, we anticipate this usage and stress-test our GPU's to ensure that it is still in good working condition and has only experienced very minimal wear and tear.
